Three Options to Complement Your Registration Software
A complete registration system such as ABC Signup guides registrants to the event, through the event and even to review the event, and keeps administrators apprised and in control throughout the process.
Sometimes, however, administrators want and need even more functionality – like the ability to upload multimedia files; create, assign and track learning plans; or enable their registrants to upload large files. We know, because they asked – and we delivered.
ABC Signup now offers three optional modules, each of which offers functionality that complements our robust registration software.
Media Manager, ABC Signup’s multimedia file upload option, enables administrators to post multimedia and other large files online, control who can access them and monitor their usage. The administrator can create a virtual library of online multimedia content with confidence that the uploads won’t “time out” due to large file sizes and the media will be accessible only per conditions set by the user.
ABC Signup’s Learning Plan option allows providers of continuing education and professional development opportunities to create learning plans for their programs, assign participants to those plans, and then track their progress.
Registrant File Uploads
In some instances – perhaps an event participant who needs to show his or her portfolio, or a presenter with a conference session proposal – the registrant needs to upload large files. ABC Signup can do that, too, with its Registrant File Uploads module that accepts a myriad of document, image, audio and video files.
