ABC Signup Launches Customer Referral Program

Louisville, KY (February 5, 2015) – ABC Signup customers can now earn $100 for every prospective organization they refer that ultimately becomes an ABC Signup customer. That organization referred will in turn receive a $100 discount from their ABC Signup subscription.

The referral program was launched this month as a means to reward customers who spread the word about ABC Signup’s registration management solution. The company has converted numerous referrals over the years and envisions the rewards program generating additional leads and conversions.

“It’s one thing to verbally encourage customer referrals, it’s altogether another to reward them beyond kind words,” said Todd Chandler, president of ABC Signup.

Per marketing statistics, conversion rates for a referral often top 50% due to heightened trust and limited risk associated with a company when the prospect learns about its product or service through a peer. By contrast, the closing rate for a cold sales call typically falls short of 1%, and the rate for an inbound website marketing inquiry rarely reaches 10%.

”Nothing really sells like referrals,” said Chandler. “We view this program as a smart investment in our most effective army of product evangelists – our customers.”

To make a referral, customers simply fill out the information at this link, which has also been conveniently placed on the ABC Signup admin site. If ABC Signup representatives are able to earn the referrals’ business within 12 months, the customer make the referral will receive a check for $100 (and the new customer will receive a $100 discount in their subscription). ABC Signup will continue to do the same with each additional referral. And if by chance the referring customer’s organization has a gift limit, ABC Signup will send the referrer a check for that amount and send the difference to the charity of his/her choice.
