The goal of this class is to provide you with ways to create a safe and satisfying birth experience. Expectant parents will be educated in the process of labor, including signs and symptoms, stages of labor, and emotional and physical aspects. We will teach various techniques to cope with labor, including breathing and relaxation measures, support products, and positions for laboring and delivering. Variations of labor, medications, and other interventions will also be covered. This is a one day intensive class.
