Hearty Winter Squash Soup with Wilted Kale; Salad of Apple and Shaved Fennel; Potato Leek Gratin; Steamed Couscous with Toasted Chickpeas and Chives; Pan Fried Tempeh Sandwiches with Cranberry Relish and Gruyere; Agave Sweetened Cornbread with Blueberry Compote.
