Mussels with Chilli Jam, Tom Kha Gai(Spicy Chicken and Coconut Soup); Ground Prawns and Pork Dip with Crudités; Red Curry Paste; Vegetarian Pad Thai (Thailand's national dish); Cucumber Salad; Red Rubies in Coconut Milk.
