Sample menu: Grilled Polenta with Prosciutto; Butternut Squash and Potato Leek Soup; Ahi Tuna with Roasted Pepper Coulis and Wasabi Cream; Roasted Rack of Venison with Green Peppercorn Sauce; Winter Greens with Bartlett Pears and Roquefort Croutons; and Cinnamon Bavarian with a Chocolate Dipped Orange Tuile.
