*Prerequisite: Basic Pastry Techniques or similar course or experience.

 

Continue your hands-on exploration of the intricate and exciting world of pastry and baking.  This 5-part course offers an in-depth look at the universe of cheesecakes; working with phyllo and puff pastries; exquisite bakeshop cookies; ice creams and sorbets; and celebration desserts.  Each class meets for 5 1/2 hours, with time to sample your creations.

Strawberry and White Chocolate Marbled Cheesecake; Spanikopita; Italian Riccota Cheesecake; Baklava; Phyllo Wrapped Poached Pears; Croissants; Brioche; Danish; Sticky Buns; Tiramisu; Charlottes; Bavarian Cakes; Souffles; Tuiles; Palmiers; Chocolate Checkerboard Cookies; Madeleines. 

A light meal will be served each day.
