Join us as we grow in Christ by bringing women together around God's Word for study, fellowship and prayer. Women of all ages are invited to join our study.
Bible study includes both a small group meeting time for discussion and prayer, as well as a large group lecture taught by one of our devoted team of Bible study teachers. The study includes a notebook with questions to prepare for the following week's discussion. A donation is requested for the materials.
Childcare During WBS:
What will my children do while I'm in Bible Study? Lots!!!
If you are involved in the morning Bible Study, your children will attend Kids' Korner. At Kids' Korner your children will learn about Jesus in their own classes which focus on the Bible. They will be excited to come week after week to sing, learn Bible verses, hear a Bible story and do crafts that reinforce each week's lesson. They will have fun, learn about faith in Christ and make new friends.
The program is offered for preschool through Kindergarten. Nursery is provided for infants through walkers. A donation of $3 per child, with a $5 maximum, is suggested, but not required.
Additional Kids Korner Classroom Information:
Nursery: If your child will not be two years old by September 1, you will also need to complete a white nursery card for that child. If you are completing this registration prior to the start of Kids Korner in September, please list the nursery-aged child on this registration and a separate nursery card will be mailed to you in late August so that the information will be current. Children are assigned to the nursery rooms based on ability (crawling, walking, etc.). When the nursery workers observe that your child has advanced to the next level, they will move your child to a new nursery room. If, at some point, you feel it is time for the child to be moved and the nursery workers have not yet done so, please feel free to communicate this to them.
Classroom assignment: Our preschool classrooms are assigned by birthdate based on the number of children who register. Although we recognize that some children may wish to be with friends of a different age, we would be unable to accommodate all such special requests, so our policy is that children will be placed in the classroom to which their birthdate has been assigned. Exceptions to this rule include special needs children and one-time visitors. In the case of a visitor, the older child will be placed in the younger child's class, regardless of which child is the regular attender. Please note that school-aged children past kindergarten cannot be accommodated.
