The New Mexico Public Education Department’s Priority Schools Bureau (PSB) will be offering School WebEPSS training the week of February 22–25, 2010. Schools currently in R-1 or R-2 status for the 2009–2010 school year will be required to implement the WebEPSS for the 2010–2011 school year. Additionally, schools identified to participate in the School Improvement Grant (SIG) will be required to implement the WebEPSS for the 2010–2011 school year. In order to build capacity with districts and the state, PSB plans to train district leadership teams who will then train school leadership teams.
Trainings are scheduled as follows:
Districts with schools that have been identified to participate in the SIG will meet all day on Monday, February 22, 2010, in Albuquerque from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with lunch on your own.
