Registration Fees:

• Early Bird Registration (on or before November 2, 2009)                $275

NOTE:

• We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECKS, and CASH.  No Purchase Orders or any other payment method is authorized.
• Check payment information can be found in the confirmation email received after registration.
• Individuals paying the student rate may be required to present proof of student status.
• Nametags will be printed on December 1, 2009.  Registrations recieved after this date will have their nametags printed on-site.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, November 20, 2009.  Cancellation refund requests received after this date will not be approved.  Refunds will be assessed a $50 processing fee.

Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed.

Hotel Information:

A block of rooms have been reserved for a discounted rate of $104.00 per night plus applicable tax, for single occupancy.  Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis until November 11, 2009.   The lower room rate also applies 3 days before and after the conference for those wishing to make it long weekend.
