Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, November 20, 2009.  Cancellation refund requests received after this date will not be approved.  Refunds will be assessed a $50 processing fee.

Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed.

A block of rooms have been reserved for a discounted rate of $104.00 per night plus applicable tax, for single occupancy.  Reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis until November 11, 2009.   The lower room rate also applies 3 days before and after the conference for those wishing to make it long weekend.
