FLANC Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be handled for a $25 cancellation fee until March 5, 2010. Please send all requests for cancellation to Debra S. Martin at martin.debra@charter.net.

The conference will be cancelled for severe inclement weather resulting in travel advisories issued by the NC Highway Patrol for the Asheville area. Should the conference be cancelled due to inclement weather, all registration fees will be refunded.
