MTSA Annual Spring Conference - "Re-Imagining Transition"

MTSA's goal is to meet the needs of the membership by providing professional development that addresses current Transition related guidance, practices, and trends for achieving successful youth outcomes. This year's theme "Re-Imagining Transition" addresses Michigan's goal to re-think the educational system to improve teaching and learning for all students. We provide sessions that include best practices from the field, as well as, research based evidence demonstrating an effective impact on youth as they Transition from school to adult living. |

| Conference Fees and Events |
| Conference fees include the following events: |
| Wednesday March 17 |
Pre-Conference Workshop and Refreshments, Evening Welcome Reception, Prize Patrol and Poster Session |
| Thursday March 18 |
Continental Breakfast, Keynote Speaker, Sessions, Exhibitors, Box Lunch, Prize Patrol, MTSA Annual General Membership Meeting and Evening Entertainment |
| Friday March 19 |
Continental Breakfast, State of the State Keynote Speaker, Sessions, Prize Patrol and Closing |

MTSA Membership Policy allows you to join MTSA at any time during the year.
The Membership year runs from Spring Conference to Spring Conference.
One free conference registration and MTSA Membership is available for each accepted presenter.
Please submit your Presentation Proposal online for consideration.

| When you submit your completed registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via e-mail, within 24 hours. Be sure to use an e-mail address that will not be blocked by your server. We recommend using a home e-mail address on the registration form. |

Be advised of discounts for early registration and MTSA members.
| DEADLINES ARE FIRM. Payment MUST be received prior to the start of the conference. |
| No refunds will be provided for cancellations after February 13, 2010. |
| Partial refunds only prior to February 13, 2010 due to $50.00 processing fee. |
| Lodging |
| Lodging is NOT included in Conference Fees. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Bavarian Inn Lodge. |
| Do NOT send lodging reservations to MTSA. |
| You have three options for reserving rooms at the Bavarian Inn Lodge: |
| 1) Click on the following link to make on line room reservations at the Bavarian Inn Lodge |
| A room reservation screen that is specific to MTSA will appear. Please follow the instructions to make an on line internet reservation. You will be asked to create a password that is unique for your personal reservation. You will be able to use this password to access your reservation on line in the future if you wish. You will also be asked for advanced payment by credit card. If you do not wish to use a credit card, you may phone the Bavarian Inn Lodge's toll free reservation line at 888 - 775 - 6343. If the payer qualifies for tax exempt status, you must complete the form provided on the Bavarian Inn website, or bring the completed form with you. |

2) Call the Bavarian Inn toll free at 888-775-6343 to reserve your room under the MTSA group rate. |
| 3) Download the Bavarian Inn reservation form from the MTSA website, complete and mail to the Bavarian Inn Lodge. |
