LOOK WHAT’S COMING...
LEED Green Associate Exam Prep training series is available locally this January 7-28, 2010. Join us at this unique partnership between the USGBC Minnesota Chapter and Dunwoody College of Technology. Sessions will be hosted onsite at Dunwoody College of Technology, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
One of the requirements to register for the LEED Green Associate exam is engagement in (or completion of) an education program that addresses Green Building Principals. This course will address the LEED Green Associate requirement as well as help prepare attendees to take the LEED Green Associate exam.
This accreditation denotes knowledge of green design, construction, and operations and is perfect for those that work in a field that promotes sustainability but are not implementing LEED, such as business development, marketing, teachers, students, lawyers, realtors, brokers, product manufacturers, journalists, etc. The Green Associate credential also serves as the first step for professionals pursuing a LEED AP specialization.
Upon completion of this sixteen-hour course you will receive a certificate of completion which can be uploaded onto the GBCI website to meet the LEED Green Associate requirements. Space is limited, register early!
Four consecutive Thursdays, 12:00pm - 4:00pm (January 7, 14, 21, 28, 2010)
Cost: $595; Includes 16 hours of instruction, sample exam questions, student materials and breakfast.
