EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
You are invited to join us at the Crowne Plaza in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for the 226th Annual Diocesan Convention. Our Presiding Bishop, the Most Rev. Dr. Katharine Jefferts Schori, will be our guest and speaker at this gathering which begins with registration at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, March 5. Adjournment will be on Saturday, March 6 when business is completed.
Directions and Parking: Free parking is available at the Crowne Plaza.
From points North, take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 7 to Interstate 295 South. Exit at 34B (Cherry Hill/Route 70 West). Proceed on Route 70 West approximately 4 miles to the Cuthbert Blvd./Collingswood Exit. The Crowne Plaza is on the left.
From points South, take Interstate 295 North to Exit 34B (Cherry Hill/Route 70 West). Proceed to Route 70 West approximately 4 miles to the Cuthbert Blvd./ Collingswood Exit. The Hotel is on the left.

Our Presiding Bishop She has been vocal about the Episcopal Church’s mission priorities, including the UN Millennium Development Goals, issues of domestic poverty, climate change and care for the earth, as well as the ongoing need to contextualize the gospel. Bishop Jefferts Schori’s career as an oceanographer preceded her studies for the priesthood, to which she was ordained in 1994. She served as Bishop of Nevada before election to this post. Bishop Jefferts Schori grew up in the Seattle area, and lived a few years in New Jersey, but has spent most of her life in the West. Bishop Jefferts Schori and her husband, Richard Miles Schori, a retired mathematician (topologist), were married in 1979. They have one daughter, who is a captain (pilot) in the U.S. Air Force. The Diocese of New Jersey welcomes our Presiding Bishop to our 226th Annual Diocesan Convention. It will be an honor to have Bishop Jefferts Schori at our 5:00 p.m. Eucharist on March 5 as our celebrant and preacher, and the speaker at the 7:30 a.m. WC/ECW Breakfast on March 6.
Bishop Jefferts Schori was elected to this office in 2006, for a term lasting until November 2015.
