AXCESS SERVICE CLASS NOVEMBER 9-11, 2010 APPLETON, WI

This is a three day class for service technicians. It is held in the Miller Electric training center, Appleton, WI.  It teaches students how to trouble shoot, repair and service Axcess and Auto Axcess equipment.

The students learn the proper use of the Service Pak and File Management software. Instruction in configurations, copying and pasting programs, creating permanent system back-ups and Service Pak diagnostic screens using a Palm Pilot or PC.  The Service Pak software allows them to diagnose welding and communication issues with Axcess and Auto Axcess welding equipment

In order to qualify their company or distribution partner (in the Functional Discount Program) for discounts on Miller Auto Axcess and automation equipment, Service Technicians must attend all three days and pass the course exam with 75% or better.  

This class counts as 40 re-certification points in the Miller Train Tracks program.

Each company attending the class should own or order at least one set of "tools".  These are:
