Indiana Gas Appliance Inspection Procedure
The second one-day segment of the Intermediate Heating Systems training is designed to provide Weatherization Auditors and Heating Technicians with the understanding needed to perform the Indiana Gas Appliance Inspection process and focus on filling out the required Indiana WX Gas Appliance Inspection Guide. We will demonstrate the proper way to test for gas leaks, electrical safety testing, rating and adjusting appliance input, testing furnace safety, and the testing of water heaters and cook stoves is included.
