Teachers new to St. Mary's County Public Schools, please join us for 'Early Bird' Sessions on August 12 and 13. 

New Special Education Teachers' sessions begin August 11.

These Professional Development sessions are designed to help you understand some of the programs and practices in St. Mary's County Public Schools. 

Select from a variety of sessions, and be paid $23/hour for your participation (new hires only).

SCHEDULE:

Wednesday, August 11, 2010 (for New Special Education Teachers)
Using the online IEP 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 12, 2010 (for all new teachers)
Session 1: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Session 2: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m.

           LUNCH PROVIDED 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 

    Session 3: 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.

Friday, August 13, 2010 (for all new teachers)
Session 4: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.
Session 5: 10:15 - 11:45 a.m.
