Throughout his 25 year career, Colonel Crall has served in various tactical command and staff assignments both in the United States and abroad. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, five Meritorious Service Medlas, five Army Commendation Medals, four Army Achievement Medals, the Air Force Achievement Medal, two National Defense Service Medals, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, two Southwest Asia Service Medals, the Afghanistan Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary and Service Medals, the Korean Defense Service Medal, two Humanitarian Service Medals, the Saudi Arabia Defense and Kuwaiti Liberation Medals, two Meritorious Unit Citations, the Army Superior Unit Award, the Master Badge and Pathfinder Badge.
Colonel Michael P. Crall is a native of the State of New York. Following graduation in 1985 from Norwich University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant of Engineers. He is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, the U.S. army Command and General Staff College and the Engineer Officer Advanced and Basic Courses. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in National Security Resource Strategy from the National Defense University.
