Event Description:

This online module for supervisors, managers and administrative support personnel will help you know how to respond when faced with a decision about medical leave in the workplace. Learners interact with this 30-minute course to identify issues and decide on practical and lawful responses. True-to-life interactive scenarios instruct learners to answer questions such as:
o Is this employee eligible to receive FMLA leave?
o How much leave will the employee will be entitled to take?
o What types of leave are covered by the FMLA?
