This course will increase the knowledge and skill of both general and special education staff related to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. After completion of this course, participants will be able to facilitate 504 conferences, identify discriminatory practices, and assist in developing and being able to (defend) against challenges to 504 Plans.
